Lendlease Silvertown Quays 2021

The Lendlease Silvertown Quays plan is a current plan underway in the Royal Docks area which spawls over the site. The developer led plan proposes the development of a new haven for business in the area and an economic capital for the east end of London, promoting development in science and international trade. 

The plan focuses on contribution to the economy of greater London with a secondary focus on housing with numerous high-density developments proposed across the area. It is forecast to generate 20’000 jobs once completed and up and running as well as 1’000 homes in the first phase with a mere 20% being affordable.
